"They actually have it in stock"
I was checking a few places and most of them are sold out, but teamusashop.com had the size I needed. I order it without any problem and got a regular update after that. Happy with it not much else to say.

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
and I ended up ordering from teamusashop.com, but one of the items didn’t fit right, so I had to send it back.

The return itself wasn’t super difficult, but it did take a few days before I heard back from them. I also had to read through the instructions more than once because they weren’t the clearest.

I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out okay. I just wish the whole thing had been a little faster and easier to follow.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. They were able to fix the issue right away, which I appreciated. That said, it was still a hassle to deal with, so I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

Team USA Shop had a solid variety of stuff. I found a bunch of styles and gear I hadn’t seen on a few other sites, which made me weirdly excited, like I had discovered some secret shopping spot.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because a couple things I liked were missing sizes or colors, and yes, I absolutely acted like this was a personal attack for a minute. But the site was easy to browse, and there was still enough to choose from that I ended up finding something I liked.

The product itself was decent, so no big complaints there. But the shipping ended up feeling way too expensive, and I was annoyed that it wasn’t communicated more clearly upfront. I probably would’ve felt better about the whole thing if I’d known what to expect before checkout.

"Order came quicker than I expected"
I ordered a couple of things from teamusashop.com and figured it would take a while, since that’s usually how it goes with a lot of online shops. But I got the tracking info fast, and the package was already moving by the next day.

It actually showed up earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a nice surprise. Compared to other sites I’ve ordered from lately, this was smoother and faster than most. The box arrived in good shape too, so no complaints from me.

"Order came right, no problems"
I got my order from teamusashop.com and yeah, everything was pretty much exactly what I picked out. Sizes were right, colors too, and all the items were there. I kind of did that quick check like, okay, what’s going to be off… but nope, it was all fine. Happy overall. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the shipping updates were a little slow, or just kind of not as often as I’d expect.

I didn’t pay attention to every little scan, but the main updates I cared about did come through. They just weren’t always super quick, so I had to check back later sometimes. Overall, it was mostly okay
